The Company of Animals was founded by Dr Roger Mugford in 1979 as a way for him to promote and sell his pet inventions. The site of The Company of Animals is also home to the Training and Behaviour Centre, which is world-renowned and regarded as one of the best training centres in the UK. The Training and Behaviour Centre not only specialises in dog training and behaviour consultations and correction, but also offers the perfect platform for testing and developing new products to help pet owners solve their pets’ behaviour problems.
The passionate motivator behind The Company of Animals has always been to develop and market products that better meet the needs of pet owners who have pets with behavioural issues, and ultimately to help owners and their pets live enriched lives. Their product philosophy is that each product must improve the animal’s wellbeing while simultaneously meeting the owner’s needs.
The Company of Animals maintains an extensive catalogue of its own products as well as distributing partner products, to solve problems in the realm of dental care, feeders, muzzles, harnesses, leads and other training products, treats and chews, shampoo and grooming, and many more.
