The Simple Solution UV Spot Spotter HD is powered by three AAA batteries – included with the package.

Battery Installation

Remove the cap from the flashlight.
Remove the battery housing from the flashlight and place it on the table with the arrow facing downward.
Place the batteries in the housing with the (-) negative side facing the spring.
Place the housing back into the flashlight with the arrow facing downward.
Replace the cap.

Do not expose eyes and skin to direct or reflected ultraviolet light. Rays may be harmful to unprotected eyes and skin.

Directions

For best results, the room should be as dark as possible.
Turn on the flashlight using the rubber end button on the back of the cap.
Shine the flashlight on the carpet, rug or furniture material to reveal the urine.
