The neck isn’t adjustable, meaning you need to pull over the cats head and then get their paw through the opening on the side and then clip closed around the body.
It does sit well on my small – average sized male siamese cross but he absolutely hated it and the actual leash, while elasticated, is very short.
All in all I would not recommend this harness at all, I’ve used a different brand in the past and found that much better and more adjustable but less padded.
