The Francodex Anti-Stress Refill is designed to be used with the Francodex Diffuser to help keep your cat relaxed and stress-free.

The refill contains synthetic pheromones that diffuse into the air in your cat’s environment, creating a safe and soothing space. This feeling of relaxation helps prevent your cat from resorting to inappropriate stress behaviours like excessive scratching or indoor spraying.

The refill’s effects last for up to 6 weeks, after which time you’ll need to replace it with a new cartridge to maintain the calming benefits.

The Francodex Cats Anti-Stress Refill comes in a 48 ml size.

How To Use

  • Unscrew the refill cap and insert the refill into the diffuser.
  • Ensure the bottle is always located below the outlet.
  • To guarantee optimal effectiveness, the ANTI-STRESS DIFFUSER must be connected to a 220-240 V outlet continuously for the recommended time.

Maintenance

  • Each bottle diffuses the product for approximately six weeks. However, air renovation, placement, temperature, and humidity can affect the diffusion speed.
  • To guarantee optimal conditions of use, replace the refill every six weeks.
  • To clean the diffuser, unclog it and wipe it clean with a dry cloth. Wash your hands after manipulating it.
  • If the diffuser is unplugged, clean and hold it in a VERTICAL position.
  • Do not place the refill or the hood directly on fragile surfaces (painted, finished, plastic, etc.).
  • The diffuser can emit a slight odour similar to that of an electric radiator, mainly when dust accumulates in it.
  • The solution contained in the bottle can be coloured yellow. This does not affect the quality of the product.
  • Change the electrical appliance after six months of use or after using four recharges.
