What is the best way to store your Acana Heritage canine Puppy and Junior dog food?

If your food is not stored the correct way, it can spoil and make your dog sick. The fats in the food are going rancid while all the vitamins and minerals can be destroyed.

Always leave your dog food in the original packaging as this has the barcode and expiration date, incase there is a recall of the food. The bag of Acana can then be stored in an airtight container. Always store the dog food in a cool dry place under 38 degrees Celsius. If you are storing your food in the garage, put the container on a shelf or on something that lifts it off the floor.
