Advocate

Advocate® for dogs and cats is an endectocide made by Bayer. It is applied as an effective treatment for both external and internal parasites, including fleas, lice and mites, as well as worms like skin worms, heart- and lungworms, and intestinal worms. Each treatment is applied monthly to the top of the dog or cat’s neck and down its back – treatments are available based on your animal’s size and weight.

The active ingredients in Advocate® include imidacloprid, which is distributed topically on the skin, and moxidectin, which penetrates the skin and is absorbed into the bloodstream to reach any internal parasites.
